Light TN will prepare a design for your review and generate a comprehensive estimate for the proposed design. We will then initiate contact to schedule a discussion, should any further modifications be necessary.

Upon your approval of the final design plan, if deemed necessary, we will coordinate a walkthrough of the wiring plan and final design. A 10% deposit is mandatory for projects exceeding $10,000, while smaller projects do not necessitate a deposit. Your installation will be scheduled with our team to accommodate any specific requirements on your end.

Our dedicated team, led by the owner/designer, will oversee the installation of your system, ensuring the precise execution of the discussed plan and the realization of the ultimate design. Our commitment to meticulous attention to detail ensures that your property will be left in pristine condition, with the exception of the enhanced lighting we’ve implemented.

Following the installation, our designer will conduct a nighttime inspection to verify that both the installation and design align with the initial plan. Should any adjustments be necessary, they will be addressed promptly, with all associated costs included in the initial estimate for the proposed design. Once all modifications are completed to your satisfaction, the remaining balance of payment will be due.
